  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of delays due to high order volume, we will notify you via email or SMS.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service, weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or order values as part of promotions.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS

  • You can track your package in real-time through the courier partner’s website


5. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure:

  • The delivery address is accurate and complete

  • A valid phone number is provided

Incorrect details may cause delays or failed deliveries.

If the courier marks your order as undeliverable, we will contact you for re-delivery or cancellation.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order:

  • Take clear photos/videos

  • Contact us within 48 hours at support@mishomart.com

  • We will arrange a replacement or initiate a return as per our Return Policy


7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD availability depends on your location

  • Additional COD charges may apply

  • The courier may call before delivery

Please ensure availability to receive COD orders.


8. International Shipping

Currently, Misho Mart ships only within India.
International shipping will be introduced soon.
