Return & Refund Policy – Misho Mart

At Misho Mart, we aim to provide you with a smooth, secure, and pleasant shopping experience.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re always here to assist you.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The delivered product is missing parts or accessories

To be eligible:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be in its original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or physically damaged products (not caused during shipping)

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items marked as Non-Returnable

  • Hygiene products, innerwear, skincare, cosmetics

  • Personalized or custom-made items


3. Return Process

Returning a product at Misho Mart is simple:

  1. Email us at support@mishomart.com

  2. Share your Order ID, product pictures/videos, and reason for return

  3. Our team will review your request

  4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup from your location

  5. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or replacement


4. Replacement Policy

If the replacement product is in stock, we will dispatch it after verifying the returned item.

If it is out of stock, you may choose:

  • A full refund, or

  • Another product of equal value


5. Refund Process

Refunds are processed after the returned product is inspected and approved.

Estimated timelines:

  • UPI / Wallet / Net Banking: 2–4 business days

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer or wallet

Note: Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — but you may request a return after delivery if eligible.

If the order is canceled before shipping, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.


7. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Take clear photos/videos as proof

  • Share them with us within 48 hours

  • We will arrange a quick replacement or refund


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received after the expected timeline:

  • Check your payment app or bank account

  • Contact your bank for updates
